Following discussions with Yetminster and Ryme Intrinseca Parish Council and Dorset County Council, with input from the general public, full planning permission was awarded for the collection of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes and the award-winning property developer will begin work in early 2019.
The seven-acre site in Yetminster, near Yeovil, has had detailed planning permission confirmed for 85 dwellings. Each of the homes have been sensitively designed to complement local village architecture and the surrounding landscape.
