Sales Executives (Full Time/Part Time)

Burrington Estates New Homes are recruiting for talented Sales Executives to join their teams operating across Devon and Somerset.

As an ambitious Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the development and delivery of sales in line with business targets, and work closely with project teams to deliver highly efficient and organised results.

Full-time and part-time positions are available (including evenings and weekends).

Duties and responsibilities include, but not exclusive to:

• Manage the Sales Centre on a day to day basis ensuring that the office, show home,
approach & site are presented in line with Burrington Estates standards.
• Comply with obligatory sales office, show home, and site visitor’s health and safety
procedures in line with the HSE, and our Health and Safety officers’ recommendations, to ensure a safe working place for all employees and members of the public.
• To provide a professional first line of contact, and deal efficiently and effectively with incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email or in person.
• Generate and manage high quality sales leads, ensuring conversion from qualified leads to reservation is in line with the Companies targets.
• Ensure an efficient sales process is followed from reservation to completion in line with the Consumer Code and customer journey.
• Ensure buyer satisfaction and 5* customer service is always delivered.
• Audit and use innovation in regard to supporting the marketing function/output.
• Ensure administration duties are completed effectively and efficiently such as; data input into the CRM system and sales and customer journey paperwork, including to be in line with GDPR.
• Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Manager, and Head of Sales in all aspects of their role, to help reach the teams objectives and targets.
