Just weeks after Burrington Estates New Homes announced the launch of its third luxury property development in Cornwall, the award-winning housebuilder has confirmed it is bringing its offering to yet another Cornish location, this time the harbourside town of Fowey.

Marking their fourth scheme in the county and fourteenth scheme since the company’s inception in 2016, the housebuilder states their commitment to build more new homes in the region demonstrates further continued confidence in the property market despite uncertain economic times.

Harbour Reach, the development name for the collection of eighteen two, three, four and five-bedroom homes located off the B3415 road in a hidden away, exclusive setting will start construction in July.

Grayham Tucker, Operations Director, comments: “We have been encouraged by the volume of enquires across the board for our new homes since lockdown measures have been relaxed, but particularly for schemes located in more rural or coastal locations – this particular development, benefitting from being in both a waterside and country setting, has witnessed a phenomenal number of enquires already, and that’s even before the homes have been officially launched.”

“As with all of our developments, we create homes sensitive to their environments and Harbour Reach is no exception. Being in an area of outstanding natural beauty, we have been very mindful to create quality homes that will blend in perfectly with its beautiful setting,” Grayham continued.

The developer will also be making financial contributions to the local school – Fowey Primary School – meaning it can upgrade its education infrastructure, as well as adding in further education facilities.

The rapid expansion of luxury new homes continues for Burrington Estates New Homes with new sites in Tiverton, Pinhoe (Exeter), and Truro and with the last few homes remaining in Plymouth and Yetminster.

The show home is due to be ready by Winter 2020 with first homes being completed in Spring 2021.

The new homes at Harbour Reach will be built to a high specification and allow for optional extras such as electric car charging and solar PV. The sales launch for the first phase of homes is expected in late July 2020. Interested parties are invited to register interest via the website.
