Liquidated Companies

As was set out in the Burrington Estates Group Ltd Consolidated Financial Statements for the period to 30 June 2022, which are filed at Companies House, the Directors reluctantly agreed in 2023 that the Group would cease trading and commence an orderly wind-down of the business due to increasingly difficult trading and funding conditions.

The orderly wind-down of the business continues and entities within the Group continue to be closed. Unfortunately, as part of the process, it has become necessary to place various group companies into liquidation where there was no other option left to the Directors.
