The land department have worked tirelessly with planning consultants PCL Planning, LRM Planning and agents Kitchener Land & Planning in achieving the three positive approvals. We will continue to work with the City and County Councils to finalise respective S106 agreements.
The developer who prides itself in building throughout the Westcountry, can now include Topsham, Bovey Tracey and Alphington to its growing list of desirable locations to call home.
A survey released earlier this week, commissioned by the BBC identified the South West as being the biggest growth in sales revenue throughout the UK due to residents wanting to relocate to more rural locations. The Office for National statistics, HM Land Registry noted 6.5% annual percentage change due to wanting more space: inside and out.
