Burrington Estates New Homes were thrilled to host an exclusive event at The Old Plough Inn at Shortlanesend, Truro. Welcoming residents at Penrose View following completion of the site this summer. The invitation extended to the first residents moved in at Trispen Meadows and jointly celebrated Site Manager Shaun’s recent NHBC Seal of Excellence win.

Over 45 sub-contractors were presented with well-deserved certificates for their outstanding work at Penrose View and work to date at Trispen Meadows. The team enjoyed a selection of local food and ales and competed in a few games of pool.

Representatives from the NHBC committee presented the awards along with a speech from Head of Construction, Mike and Site Manager, Shaun, praising the sub-contractors for their hard work and dedication to the projects at Penrose View and their current work at Trispen Meadows.

The Burrington Estates New Homes team personally welcomed residents from both sites and enjoyed a pleasant evening getting to know the residents and dined on afternoon tea treats and prosecco.

Colin Palmer, Managing Director of Burrington Estates New Homes says; “We were delighted to host an event for both the sub-contractors and the residents from Penrose View and Trispen Meadows, it was a fantastic evening welcoming the residents to their respective developments, as well as rewarding the site teams and sub-contractors for their valued work.”
