Burrington Estates New Homes has acquired land in Pinhoe with outline planning for 120 dwellings, a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes. The 19 acre site has panoramic views over the city, the Exe Estuary and picturesque East Devon countryside.
The land off Church Hill is made up of two parcels and will include a large, managed open space with pond areas, providing the ideal location for community events and interaction, on site ecological and surface water improvements as well as an area to develop new habitats.
