Since 2010 the company has completed projects valued in excess of £100million GDV. Our current property portfolio, including residential and mixed-used developments spans across the South West and totals £150m and our current landbank, awaiting planning, will provide significant growth.
We believe the South West, and Devon in particular, has huge potential for investment and having relocated the team in 2014 to the beautiful Dean Clarke House in Exeter’s Southernhay, which the company refurbished in 2014, we have an excellent platform for growth. We have a track record of assembling and delivering excellent projects and have created strong investment returns for ourselves, and our investors. We hope to provide a strong pipeline of future investor opportunities.
Past successful experience also means we are well placed to achieve planning consents for creative and imaginative schemes that generate good commercial returns, whilst being sympathetic to the local environment.
We are very proud of our ability, through rapid and intense asset management, to turn around property investment portfolios, which have previously under-performed.
