Chris joined Burrington Estates Group in 2021 having worked in the housebuilding and property sector for around twenty-five years. His experience includes an AIM listed property business and setting up and running a high-quality bespoke Hampshire based housebuilder for ten years. Earlier career roles include working at Deloitte and PwC where he advised shareholders on the disposal of a well-known housebuilder.

Chris has held board level roles across the property group Comland and Alfred Homes and has extensive experience of debt and equity fund raising across a wide spectrum of property transactions. Chris provides strategic and financial guidance to provide the solid foundation upon which the Burrington business can continue to grow.
