CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

We have outlined the key stages when buying your new home with Burrington Estates. These stages are in place to ensure that you receive a first-class buying experience from the first enquiry to long-lasting aftercare.

1 Reservation Checklist Upon reservation, your Sales Executive will go through the reservation checklist with you, and discuss the specification and floorplans in detail. Your site manager is also available to help you with any technical queries you may have.

2 Personalise your new home This is the time to personalise your new home! Your Sales Executive will explain to you the different options that are available, and will arrange a suitable time for you to confirm your choices.

3 Meet the Site Manager This is a one-to-one progress update. Your Sales Executive will arrange for you to meet your Site Manager. Your Site Manager will escort you around your reserved home, and go through any key features of the build as well as any technical details with you.

4 Home Demonstration Your Sales Executive will arrange an appointment with you for your home demonstration, approximately 2 weeks before completion.

5 Completion Following legal completion and payment, your Sales Executive will meet you to handover the keys to your new home, record meter readings and complete any required paperwork with you.

6 Long-lasting Aftercare You will receive a courtesy call 24 hours after moving in, and a personal visit 7 days and 28 days following this to ensure you are settled into your new home.

– Concierge Service We will provide you with the Burrington Estates *Concierge Service upon moving into your new home. Our Concierge will assist you with the essentials in setting up your new home!

– Warranty Your new home will be independently surveyed during the construction process by the National House Building Council (NHBC) who will issue their 10-year warranty certificate upon completion of your new home.

*Burrington Estates Concierge Service will be provided for one day upon moving into your new home – between the hours of 9am – 5pm, this date will be confirmed upon completion.
